I highly doubt it. The Scarface/Keri Hilson track sounds like a TI VS TIP leftover and come to think of it, I remember when that album came out, T.I. had said he recorded something with Face that didn't make the cut. The Bun B track I bet is a Paper Trail leftover, same with "don't give up" just by listening to the style.

Not sure on the rest, but I doubt any of these make the Case Closed track listing.
