okay. let me explain my situation. By payments i mean rent to my mom, car insurance (i do it yearly not monthly), cell, chronic, clothes yadadadada........ AND i save more than half my salary every year. I can make my motherfuckin payments for the next 20 years from the cash i got stacked in the bank but thats not what im about.
