if he would of said something while he was under contract, he would of been fired on the spot and sued. so what youre saying doesnt make much sense. and my belief is that he wouldnt of said anything if the yanks simply didnt offer him a contract. they should of just told him behind closed doors "look, we appreciate what you have done for us, but its time for a change", instead, they choose to treat him like a bitch, so he said "fuck it" and did what he had to do.

he wrote published that book cause the yanks treated him like shit...
that clubhouse would of collapsed if it wasnt for torre. he helped settle the shit between arod and jeter and other superstars..very few managers are able to control egos as big as the ones he had to deal with...and at the end of it all, after all the rings he helped em get, they treated him like a dog. the stienberners basically slapped him in the face when his contract was up, and they did it out in the open. can you blame him for wanting to get back at them?

like i said, i think he only did that cause he was treated like a bitch in front of the entire baseball world.
why arent you upset for the way they treated him? why you only mad at what torre did?
