You can argue that the 16 year old is the victim since he isn't fully capable of making his own decisions (especially sexually). Whose to say that an adult couldn't take advantage of a 16 year old? What about 15? 14? 13?12? The law just chooses 18 as the cutoff age.

it started when the boy was 16. it lasted a year. the boy was 17, less then a year from legal...
and C-blue, if it was really that big of an age difference how come we're communicating on an equal level
