As far as the safety of the American people, yes, black ghettos are responsible for more the deaths than Al-Qaida. But so are a lot of other things. MCdonalds kills more people every year than the black gheto ever will. The same can be said for Ford or GM. Al Qaida has as good a chance at taking over the US as dubcc does; zero chance.
