If your making a maybe $300 paycheck (esp. you gettin' off on a mim wage part time) and you find a apt, the rent gotta be round 600+, and what, you gets 2 paychecks a month, so that means both paychecks pay for rent. And since you living alone, you may be able to qualify for Food Stamps. And that could do you good for food. But what about the rest of the bills, the heat, the lights, etc. etc....that's where I gets lost. I know they gots payment programs, but they sure as hell ain't tryin' to go half wit no 1st time young kidd. Not at all. Not at all. I guess you could do a weekend thang. But ain't nowheres to go if you don't got nuttin'.


Of course you could do the roommate thang. Good luck. You could do the girlfriend thang. Good luck.

But I mean.....shitt....where's the money for utilities coming.

^It might be hard right now, but jobs are coming back and you can easily find a 40 hour work week getting paid more than min. wage. Lie on your resume if you have to and have a homey back it up as a reference. If you're only paying 600 rent you should be able to get by. It'll be hard at first but living on your own is like anything else, time and work make it easier.

so I can't move out untill I finish my whole school career....
