I've watched all 3 seasons in June, got hooked instantly. But I'm gonna wait for the actual release date, seems unpractical to watch one episode and then wait for a whole month. I wonder what the plot is this time, it would be nice if somebody finally found out what he does...

The quality I downloaded on the torrents was pretty good? No HD or anything but it looked great, full screen and everything.

Yes, Dexter is a pretty fun show.
