i don't have it yet but i DID PLAY it at my homies house the other day so heres what i can tell you...

yes you can fly the heli
it is def worth buying(its only 39.99 at best buy)
the control is EXACTLY THE SAME
there are some disapointments like you can't swim and you can only go inside certain buildings but overall the game is UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! there is big ass airport, a stadium, a dirt bike racing track, you can actually buy buildings and shit like that, and many more i can't think of right now
