Sounds like it's Snoop feat Kells, rather than the other way around.

Snoop actually  out performs Kells on this record. Kells usually holds his own, but it seems he took a back seat on this.

DOC wrote that's that shit too..and that also featured kells..and sounds a bit like this lol.
