The 'doctor' is responsible. His OWN confessions screwed him over. BECUZ. He's fuckin' retarded. He's a dumb fuckkkkkkkkk.



He got his license in some fuckin' lil island somewhere than he fails the test twice.
I don't understand why you would get a medical license in a country you ain't gonna practice medicine in.
Maybe cuz it was easier? But he failed the medical board test TWICE.
Forget the fact the drugs he was given to the man. Even besides operating room anesthetics!! Cuz..
Not only does he walk OUT the room on Michael he waits over an hour to call the ambulance.
After he gives him THAT drug, and all that mess about it, his actions is even more fucked up.
Instead after he realizes Michael ain't breathing he makes 3 47 MINUTE CALLS elsewhere other than 911!
And we all know how WRONG the 911 call was. With the CPR and so on. BUT NOW WE KNOW he was dead an hour and 30 minutes BEFORE the call! Or last he was 'non-responsive'.
Than he does this lil act running down stairs panicking calling his SON. What the fuck.
Than he wouldn't pronounce him dead or wouldn't allow the EMT too.
Than he runs away.
He shouldn't be charged wit manslaughter, BUT 2nd degree murder. >:(

I'm sorry but hey.

Honestly only reason they are calling it a Homicide is because its such a high profile case, and honestly It will probably be more of a Man Slaughter Charge, cause the Doctor wasn't intentionally killing him. It just happened by accident.

But there is this term called malice. Aka 'total disregard to his patient'. Aka second degree murder. And the info that's gettin' leaked says alot more than manslaughter. He did too many thangs!
