A lot of people bought the single for I'll Be Around for the remix version of the song that was on the video and played on radio stations. One of those cases where the remix was done after the album and then a single came out with the remix which was the video and getting the radio play.

It wasn't til the 2nd print of the album that the remix was put on it. The singles outsold the album, I'll Be Around Remix and Playa's Club. Same thing happened with Domino.. everyone got the single of Sweet Potato Pie, Getto Jam, and Money Is Everything rather than getting the album. Though thinking back that was pretty common back in the day. I usually got the single and then the album, and if I didn't like the album sold it later at Wherehouse for credit to buy some new shit. Used to be able to trade in CDs for like $5 to $7 a pop and get a shit load of store credit.. I used BMG and Columbia House to get them for like $2.30 each and made money off it.

Leave the mastering to the experts and people who originally did it..
