need some help about 2 things song on chronic 2000 and a song by big syke

so on the chronic 2000 the songs roll wit us it say its by daz dillinger ft kurupt but there is no kurupt on  the song was there suspose to be kurupt that track by the way daz kills that song ww



and about that big syke song called to pac who is that guy at the end of the song that sounds like his tongue was cut off who is it and why does he sound like that

The OG of Roll With Us had Kurupt on it, which explains why he was credited.
