ok so say i buy like snoops dogg father cd right now does he still get paid whiat im trying to say is that do artist get paid for ever if we still buy there albums

Depending on their contracts, the majority will still get paid through royalties (percentage per album sale)

Depends on The Artist Contract.


Before Snoop didn't get anything cause of suge. Now that WIDEawake owns Death Row, He might finally see some money, but that depends on weather or not his original contract permits this.
