Over 15 000 civilians died in Kosovo, how is that not a genocide?

You are providing an emotive opinion, firstly that was not a pro slavic opinion. How the hell can it be pro slavic when it was the west who bombed the shit out of them? he was simply stating that the real reason behind the bombing had nothing to do with any crimes occurring there.
I am sure albanians have been treated badly there, the minority group were to, there has undoubtedly been ethnic tensions for a long time
Thirdly you are again portraying only one side of the argument, since there were supposedly war criminals on both sides.
You are romanticising the notion of the KLA, it is the KLA who murdered huge numbers of serbian civilians after the war. The KLA were recognised as a terrorist group for 3 reasons, firstly you are right, they are not an official army, but secondly they were carrying out bombings in serbs city's and thirdly, Kosovo is controlled by gangsterism, it is also a key supply route for drugs.
It is a well known fact again just google osamagate, that under the Bush administration, they recruited islamic fighters to provoke the serbians and when the serbians responded, then they could lower the trap.
As for asking me how 15,000 civilians died, how many died as a result of the shellings into the villages? but if this is a war crime, then it's a crime that every nation on earth stands accused and guilty of.
Like I said, i don't have a problem in recognising that war crimes were committed, the very nature of war leads to such atrocities but it happens on both sides of the fence.
My initial retort to you was simply to point out that the underlying reason for going into there had nothing to do with saving anyone. As for war crimes, what about the deliberate attacking of the belgrade news station? an event which killed hundreds of people and if you think that's justifiable, then you are claiming that the mass murder of civilians can be justified in which case you are as bad as them.
Also the very fact that you ask about 15,000, is in stark contrast to the huge claims being made by the UN High Commissioner of 200,000 dead bodies.
Now as for the overall thing, I don't justify the killing of any innocents and hate wars but 15,000 is no genocide and is some 13 times less than the numbers being claimed to have been killed.
Anyways, my overall point was that they are lying scumbags and while you may believe what did was right a) they have polluted Kosovo with uranium which will never go away and b) they didn't do it for a cause other than kerching!

You are right, i was being emotional. But however, if USA didnt step in and bomb the shit out of Serbia the killing of albanians in Kosovo would continue until it reached what you would call a genocide number and it wouldn't really matter who the "bad guys" were in the first place.
