I think if the Raiders do move back to LA, they need to hire someone like Jon Gruden to run the team. If I was Al, rehire Gruden, let him run the team, get a GM, trade Russell (I still have hope in the kid but we need someone else) draft a QB in this draft (deepest QB class??) let some players go that are good, but are wasting in Oakland (Nnamdi Asomugha?) and just start over. Go to LA and just press restart baby.
