They replaced him this game, and I don't think the fail was as bad. IMO they need to drop him off 4 good.

:'( Oh man that was brutal. :/ I hope Al Davis took a good look that crippled fuck. The replacement QB wasn't that bad. Aside from 1 fail fumble, he has done a ok job.
