Hey, I'll be the first to admit, that C-Murder was a straight up fucking idiot the way he lived his life.  He got caught on video with a gun, trying to shoot it at a club.  Hard to defend a guy like that, but the problem I have with the statement is that the trials for the actual "murder" have been complete and utter b.s.  And the murder trial is totally different than the video of him with the gun.  Two different events, hence why I call dude an idiot.

But, anyone who's been up on the trial knows that dude's been fucked over.  One of the jurors changed her vote so they could leave court early, another one was pressured into changing her vote because a girl on the jury was getting physically sick over having someone's life in her hands, and the witnesses who say C killed the dude contradict each other by admitting they never saw him with a gun, or fire a shot, and they had him physically placed at opposite ends of the club when the alleged event went down.

Now, I ain't saying he did it or didn't do it but from the very start there has been no evidence against this man and the only witnesses are criminals who themselves are testifying to get off lesser on their own shit.  Facts are facts, and to me, he was given a raw deal.  That's why it's been announced that they will work on appealing.  There was a lot of shady business involved there.
