Obama awarded Nobel Peace Prize

I discussed this before with two girls (mostly I dissed/cussed). Both was like 'it should encourage him to stay in lane, Guantanamo closed, anti nuclear weapons, bla,bla'. That's all just words by now. Even Kissinger really accomplished something (even if it not excactly qualified him for the Nobel peace prize).

Even that is peculiar Guantanamo Bay has not closed yet and indeed they said it might not meet the closure deadline of January 22nd and indeed he won't set the prisoners free despite them clearly being the victims of torture, of psychological terror and being held without charges. No one has given up any nuclear weapons either so this was simply paying lip service.
But if you ignore that, then those girls are spot on lol

exactly. this award is for people who have spent their whole lives helping people and actually making an impact...not for someone who just talks about change.
