i'll go for Rise: it has more elements + the melody sounds better

well, since The D.O.C. is featured on Falling asleep on death row, it has to be from 1994 or before that(The D.O.C. left death row in 1994).
it doesn't sound like a leftover from The Chronic, so that limits the possibilities
