You're right. He really showed how essential he was to that team when he left. The Colts were a completely different team when they lost Edge. Just look at that first year. And then factor in Edge's first year with the Cards. Forget about it. Manning should be begging for James to come back.

last year, Addai was ranked 40th in fantasy last year & is currently 22nd this year.
i know it's fantasy, but you don't get that rank for just being on Peyton's team; & even if he isn't in the top of the league in rushing yards, he is something that the defense jumps on when Peyton does his play action.

well then they got Addai &all was well...
it would explain why a year or two ago (forgot which), Addai went down for four weeks or so & the Colts & Peyton looked discombobulated on offense.

Addai is 37th in rushing this year, has only 3 TD's and is 39th in yards per game. He's about as average as it gets.
