i noticed alot of people share the same opinion about Snoop's flow on Doggystyle (alotta bitchin' if u want my honest opinion).  and so i listened to it again (a few songs anyway) and i can hear Snoop mimicking RBX's gruff swag on alotta tracks.  Sounds like to me he took alotta direction from RBX on how to narrate his voice.
