Why is prostitution illegal but pornography is not?

If that were the case then they would just legalize it and make it a business and it would be taxed like everything else.

Duh, they did make it legal with pornography. Prostitution is illegal just like gettin' paid under the table while workin' at a business. The gov is not playin' dude wants his cut.
