Nobody ever said Jigga was falling off COMMERCIALLY, they just want him to make the HIPHOP album he is capable. I mean, i hate his new single, but even I know that it is his catchiest single yet and probably the most radio friendly song i have heard in years! peace

He hasnt fallen off. "Fallen off" is simply a matter of opinion, but you cant argue the FACTS. If a person says Jay Z has fallen off they take too much pride in their opinion because the numbers state otherwise.

Believe or not some people don't care about the sales or how popular the artist is. And if they say Jigga has fallen off they think that his material has gotten weaker.
I personally don't think Jigga has fallen off, he just slipped up and made a sub-par album.
