dependz on whether i wanna calm down from it, or let tha shit out. Music doez tha shit fah me alot. If im real fuked in tha head...i listen to tha hardest gangsta shit i got. If i wanna smooth shit out, ill listen tah sumthin mellow. Like Trauma said....drivin relaxes me. Usually late at night, i jus be on tha freeway..or round summa tha ol neighborhooz i grew up in. I dunno, i gotta ganga different releases fah shit. Oh yah....gittin sum face alwayz helpz too lol

I got a real hard time dealing with that shit.  I usually try not to get stressed out but I do sometimes.  Anger sticks with me for a while.  I got to hit the weed to calm my nerves.

i used to punch shit,  not really tha best way to get rid of it,  now i go out late at night driving listenin to laid back music or go running or writing rhymes.  last year tho i had a lot of anger problems an i was snapping on people a lot.  i have mellowed out a lot tho
