I love the Gatman and Robin beat I just hate what they rapped about.  It was laaammmeeee.

I definitely think that "The Massacre" was a step up from GRODT in terms of production, quality of the beats...and GRODT had some dope material. Massacre was just more refined, more polished. A good mix of styles, surely there was filler. But if you take the 50 material that ended up on "The Documentary" and some of the cuts he put on the "GRODT Soundtrack", I think it would've been a near perfect record.

Like Meho said, it was 50 at his songwriting peak.

This was and still is a weak album . As a rapper is going worst and worst with each album , I have the impression that lots of posters here use the "it was not that bad of an album" or "it has grown on me" argument to try defending their favorite rappers

I enjoy the following tracks , the rest goes from bumpable to horrible :

prime example is just look at the BISD album leak thread.

the first 3 pages were pure "great album", one guy came in & said it was garbage & then the next 5 pages were all about how poor the album was lol.
