& she ain't really frontin' either, if you look at the literal terms POP-Music stands for Popular Music, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Eminem are ALL pop artists like Brittney in the sense that they're MEGA famous & very much a part of pop-culture instead that they're all on a "hip-hop" platform rather than a genre base known as pop-music like Madonna, etc.

think of a band like Nirvana or better yet Green Day in the same sense back in the day when no one gave a fuck about them they were simply Punk-Bands, but with the whole Mtv generation they were quickly mass marketed & thrown in to POP-CULTURE thus making them pop-music.

kudos to Miley 4 being her self tho!
