Yeah Al Davis is not a good one at all. The funny thing is, I believe we even had a shot at drafting Crabtree or Maclin. Same with Calvin Johnson, who I wanted them to draft back then anyways.

Nah I would not go that far. It is simple with Oakland, as long as Al is running that team, there will be no change. We need some stability from the front office all the way down to the players and the coaching staff.

Nah I would not go that far. It is simple with Oakland, as long as Al is running that team, there will be no change. We need some stability from the front office all the way down to the players and the coaching staff.

you have to figure another 4-5 years of Davis & then they need to rebuild something; sounds like a long process.

but the bright side is that if you keep losing, you keep getting high draft picks; just get smart with them & you're good. :P

But you can never rebuild if you are constantly changing players and coaching staff. That is the problem, there is no direction or plan it seems like. Now if we get rid of Cable at the end of the year, that is another coach gone, and the list of candidates that even WANT to coach in that environment is slim to none and slim is on vacation.
