This cut is great, I love the polished sound in the video, its better then the sound on mp3 that leaked. Its epic beat with classic Snoop lyrics and flow, and its a shame not to use it on album. But i think when it comes to album releasing Snoop wants to make as much money as possible so theres no place for gangsta shit like that on his projects anymore. But id love to buy a CD with Protocol on it even if its just a official mixtape or EP, DVD bonus...anything.

i understand that and somewhat agree

but at the same time dude should realize that he's already established and mostly still sellin based on his name alone

so dude should just stick to what he does best and what his hardcore fans really want

i mean dude already got the millions, already got the respect, already got the hits and fame..and dude is one of those rappers that will be around for a long long time so why not just release shit you want to release?

i honestly think that the deaths of 2pac and biggie still is the reason why he doesnt wanna drop a full gangsta rap CD again

look at the sales of Ego Trippin' ;)
plus i believe you can make a radio friendly song without being corny

Ego Trippin sold more then 1 million, I think those are great numbers.  When Snoop was promoting Malice at the beginning he was sayin hes gonna come back to his roots etc, its clear that somewhere in the process of the making he had to change his mind.
He says that everytime he is making a new album...much like Dre keeps saying "Detox is coming" or his lil bitches keep on saying that.

I heard this and World of Gangsta and i said - ''snoop is prepn an album with quality, good flow, nice beats and being himself''
I heard the snippet yesterday and all the excitement went out of me,I think it's time i stop hoping for Snoop to just do him and let the quality of his music do the sales,
Not chasing commercial success with this average songs,Last meal was Dope and Sold well,Same for Topdogg...
I really don't get the point.....
