"I'll pray for you"

Is it just me...or does that shit piss you off sometimes when people say that shit!? I mean, there are times when I take it as a compliment cus I know that for the person who said it...it means something. But theres times where I feel like a person is being judgemental by saying "I'll pray for you". I dunno, just somethin I was thinkin about.

Some people are trying to be self righteous by telling you that, say it like they're putting a curse on you or use it as a code for "fuck you". lol
I don't mind people praying for me when they are for real and their heart is in the right place otherwise I'm going to wonder who exactly are they praying to.

Yeah I feel u. When its said as a way to pass judgement on me....then fuck em. But sometimes even when its said with sincerity it pisses me off. Its like theyre living under the assumption that I do...or should...believe what they believe. I aint no devil worshipper or no shit like that. But Id imagine it would irritate some religious person if I were showing concern for them and said..."Yeah, I'll talk to the Devil for you" lol
