Quick question for euros...

where would the cheapest place to live in Europe be for a summer? 5 friends and I are planning on moving to europe for 2 months this summer and would like to know where the cheapest place to rent would be perferbly near water of some sort

Highstreet Kensington in London is probably the cheapest place in all of Europe, you should go there... ;D

ANDORRA, residing between France & Spain, can be recommended for super-cheap shopping.. and it's close to both the South-coast of France & Spain, perfect if you get a rental.

I regret not buying more stuff when I was in Andorra.. when I came to Spain, the FAKE MERCHANDISE was more expensive than the REAL MERC. in Andorra.

western europe ain't really cheap at all, but i would recommend amsterdam in holland for a holiday, they speak english, weed is legal and you can stay in a hostel or sumthin, just google for this information
