13th amendment left Slavery LEGAL in prisons as form of punishment. With 1 in 7 black males under correctional supervision- the modern day slavery is exposed. We are talking about the turning over of an entire culture. Currently our prisons are producing nothing more than hate, racism and anger which is then released back into our communities to feed this cycle of violence and incarceration.

Rappers need to stop just rapping about it but be about it and expose the ish happening in the prison complex.

It's prison. It is part of any functional society. Being that America is the most diverse society in the world it's prisons are undoubtedly going to be filled with the most contention and strife, it's just how an institution like that will work. All this crap about slavery and 1 in 7 black men blah blah is for the birds.
