Question about snoops song, Up Jump Tha Boogie

in the very first couple seconds of the song, you hear "you can find your way..." in a voice boxed voice. can someone please tell where i have heard that before????

Actually I thought it was made specially for the track, I did not know it was a sample... I'd be interested to find about it too.
