Reports from TMZ.com are that actress Brittany Murphy died early Sunday morning after she went into full cardiac arrest. She was 32. TMZ reports that a 911 call was made at 8:00 Am from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, according to the Los Angeles City Fire Department. Murphy was pronounced dead on arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center according ot TMZ. It was previously reported that Brittany Murphy was fired from director Matthew Parkhill's "The Caller" a few weeks ago while in Puerto Rico for allegedly being difficult on the set, and the production allegedly grew tired of her behaviors.
