I think it was produced by Soopafly. Just like "Sky'z The Limit" was produced by Soopafly but Daz claims that he had somethin' to do with it. Soopafly even himself said twice that he produced it not Daz Dillinger

Nothing really from that track sounds like Fly or Daz IMO. I would definitely say more Fly then Daz if I had to say one or the other though.

Daz lately has a very distinct sound and nothing about that track screams Daz production to me. Scott Storch maybe and the keys could be Fly but I would be really surprised if Daz produced that.

That was like the rumor that Daz did Let Me In and DPG Unit beats on Straight Outta Cashville for Buck. World Of A Gangsta just does not have that DPG sound to it. And I would guess Soopa waaaay before Daz. Soopa has a more diverse sound.
