I think he's just referring to scrubs as under .500 teams, since the Lakers have the best record

Sacramento is scrappy no doubt, thought they'd be one of the worst teams coming into the season

sac is a scrub team, but scrubs or not, any team can beat any team, its sports.

to me their a scrub team because  playoff contention is highly unlikely, they wont win a 7 game series, their not the top 5 in their respective conference, etc etc.

their scrubs, but it isnt like we're talking down on em, its what they are their a young team. okc, gsw, nets, nyk, memphis, bucks, minnestota, clips, indiana, charlotte

yea, but its heartbreak city for the kings, they played great for the past two games theyve played us.

Yeah that was the first time I seen Sacramento play this year and they are most def a team on the rise.
