Real bosses don't have to do the things mentioned above. Dre has a lot of muscle and power and Interscope, even more influence than most A&R's, and wouldn't be surprised if he steps up should Jimmy ever step down even above Marc Benesch, Tony Ferguson, and whoever else has influence. I can see Dre after another successful album release being promoted to general manager of Interscope
