Tough call but I've sided with tha last meal on this one, Snoop + Kokane is a great combo IMO (when you have BattleCat in the mix it's even better)

speaking of those two cds...i exactly remember the time when those cds were released, it was a great time for westcoast hip hop...space boogie came out, a warren g cd, i think the eastsidaz etc ...it was great to hear them all on some really tight tracks togerther, i mean the energy  in some of those tracks was crazy

Yeah, 2000 was another GREAT year for West Coast rap. Xzibit came out with "Restless", Snoop Dogg released "Tha Last Meal", Ice Cube's second volume of "War & Peace" was released too, that shit gets some hate but it's one of my favorite albums from him. Snoop Dogg Presents Tha Eastsidaz came out and that's one of my favorite West Coast albums of all times. I can't think of any other albums now but those 4 albums are all classics IMO.

I knew i forgot about some other great albums. "R.A.W." is another classic that was released in 2000, it's my favorite album from Daz.

I enjoyed them both back in the day, but for me for some reason Restless has had more replay value in the decade since. I'd say both are at least 4 out of 5 rated LPs but Xzibit has more tracks that sound fresh on his album still.
