they are sometimes cause by steroid abuse.  wrestle reddie guerrero died because of this.

That's all speculation regarding this death doggy.  For now I will assume it was strictly an enlarged heart, until evidence comes out to prove the contrary.

Shallow:
A friend of mine died at 22 from an enlarged heart. It had gone undiagnosed since birth. He just died in his sleep one day; no drugs or anything like that. It happens. RIP Gaines Adams.

Primo:
Yes it probably was just undiagnosed from birth. Not everyone gets chest xrays for no reason to detect it.  I know more than one person personally who has died from it. One in his sleep, one while playing ball, and one just collapsed.
