"Most slept on" would be a better way to put it instead of underrated. People always have good things to say about those groups. SCC definitely gets very little mention though so I would say them as far as slept on. Btw can somebody enlighten me to their best tracks? I have heard plenty of them over the years but never really paid a whole lot of attention to them.
