any fans?

i don't normally check for these genres but i am really liking some of their stuff. shit is pretty masterful on the production tip. i do like some real driving industrial rock stuff so there are a lot of welcome sounds/vibes 8)

I began listening to NIN last year when they released The Slip as a free download. Great band, they remind me of Muse at times for some reason though.

Superb band. Trent Reznor is a brilliant songwriter and theyve consistently made interesting music since the late 80s/early 90s. Even their weaker albums are worth listening to just because its so different. Trent Reznor has recently made in-roads to hip-hop aswell for those who wouldnt usually check for him. He produced Saul Williams' last album Niggy Tardust, he has collaborated with Cage and El-P of Definitive Jux fame recently aswell.

on the 10 year deluxe/remastered versions there is a 5.1 mix, which trent was involved in making. was reading about it cause its supposed to be one of the most impressive surround sound albums done to date. i've ordered the dvd version.
