Jay Electronica to come to the UK

Now we all know the guy is like a ghost so I have no clue where or when (well I do know its roughly February/March) but should be big. Talibs here on 31st Jan and Mos Defs rolling through too. Also Method Man is set to perform at Matter for Wu fans.
