The only thing I can figure is that some have said that Hyland selected the tracks for this. And I know that Lara Lavi was a supporter of John Hyland's. That may be what he means. But I've also heard people say that E1 (Koch) is responsible for this. I don't know for sure what's true, but it does match Koch's old m.o. of "repackage and re-release."I seriously doubt that Lara Lavi is directly responsible for this release, because she had already stated in interviews that she wanted to start at the beginning and release projects in order. Also, those hacked pictures that leaked a while back seemed to indicate that she was planning on putting out the Danny Boy album next. KOCH is jeopardizing WIDEawake because they will get a percentage of the company if X% isn't recovered. The reason Lara is behind this is because she has essentially blocked access to the catalog for WIDEawake, apparently. So, now WIDEawake must be relying on Hyland for his stash. Hyland was brought in by Lara.Is she legally allowed to block access to the catalog? If this is true, I can see your point. Still, I thought Hyland supposedly had 1000 tracks from the vault. If that was true, I still don't see how this "Against the Grain" re-hash is the best they could come up with.
