yeah i think he was better than 40 but i wouldnt say hes the best from the bay.He's top 5 but i think pac,spice-1 and c-bo r better bay rappers.

E-40 is or was dope in the 90s fo real.He use 2 b killin it alot of people sleep on him cuz his delivery is different but hes dope as fucc.

Fact. I think 40 is better then 4-Tay. Thing is, they both tight so I got no disputed other then rank. LOL. I'm a bigger 40 fan anyday over 4-Tay.

4 Tay can spit and keep up his flow, hes a good rapper. I got all of his albums (and a compilation) and they're all bumpable (depending on how old school your willing to go)
