Didn't watch the video, but we need to know who he was talking about in Protocol. Ya, you can say he's just talking about all the "new shit" but for a track like that, it seemed like he was aiming at some certain people in particular (Wayne? Kanye?). Either way it was real good track, 100x better than anything on Malic N Wonderland, and I believe that's where it was originally from.

yeah i mean best guess is its wayne...cuz its him and the other wack rappers hes wit that come to this coast and get their awards, shoot their videos etc...
sides wc in a way went at wayne on gba...not by name but speakin on the bloodin n crippin
so sounded like he went at jim jones, baby, wayne etc...
but the song is one of snoops best in years
