I heard something similar was done at a frathouse in Clemson University.  But its no surprise to me, its trailer trash community of San Pendejo.  The punishment for the students is to drop them off at Compton & let the whole city know what them fools did & the comptonites can handle it from there ;D  The dumbass students will surely regret it.

Better yet make them transfer to Compton College for a month and they have to stay in those apartments next to it since they wanna be funny.
