Whats the story about Cube scared of Glasses Malone?

The thing that bothers me most about this story is people are seeming to overlook the fact that Ice Cube is over 40 and rich as fuck. What reason does he have to walk around trying to be a tough guy? I doubt if G.Malone would talk this shit if this was '91 Cube.

He was the best at painting visual pictures with his rhymes, and it showed the harsh life of the ghetto.  If he went to a mostly white school, that makes his lyrics even more impressive to me.  If u guys think he's talking about stuff he has no idea about, even though he grew up in South Central during the hieght of gang culture, then thats your opinion... But from the late 80's to the early 90's he was the best gangsta rapper out.  Note I said Gangsta Rapper not Gangsta!  
I mean if you guys want to see a really good gangster movie, do you want real gangters acting in it?  Or do you want really good actors who can portray the role good?  Imagine the movie Scarface, with some real gangster.. That shit would suck ass! lol

Ice Cube is over 40 years old now, he's making really good money as an actor.  He has no business acting hard every where he goes anymore.  He's more of a consious/political rapper now, but his music is still street.  If your under 20 years old, all you probably know him for is his comedy movies.

I think some of u guys forget, this whole thing is entertainment.  U guys are crazy if u think real gangstas are gonna be better in movies than good actors.  U brought up a good point with Danny Trejo, yeah he's a decent actor and been in many movies.. But he always plays the same role, a tough guy.  Thats fine, he's good at what he does, maybe cuz he lived it.  But he gets small roles in mostly not so good movies.  U can't have a good movie with him as the main actor. The reason he's been in over 200 movies is becasue he does like 7-10 movies a year, because he has such small roles.
And since u brought him up, do u think he's still running the streets acting hard now?  He's trying to be an actor now.. Doing kiddy movies like all those Spy kids movies, bubble boy and stuff like that.  Trust me, I'm not knocking the man at all, I think its good he's changed his life and is trying hard to be an actor.
Which is why he's a good comparison to ice cube.  Ice Cube is a grown man now, not the same man that wrote NWA thru Predator.  Hes more an actor now than a rapper.  So I dunno why people, especially Glasses Malone would expect him to be the same hard ass muthafucka that he was 20 years ago.  I grew up listening to all Amerikkka's most wanted and Death Certificate.  maybe, I thought he was one of the hardest people out when I was a kid, but as I grew older, U start to realize these are all stories.  ITS ENTERTAINMENT!  If I wanna listen to music, I'd much rather listen to someone who's talented on the mic, showing his social commentary on various topics involved in the hood, than some Real Gangsta who's really killed 3 people and can't put 5 words together without cussing and sounding like he's never taken an english class!
I mean for real, listen to the Death Certificate.. The Life Side, The Deah Side.. Thats a concept.  Storytelling at its finest like Alive on Arrival, talking about how bad the hospital system is for poor people in the hood.  I wanna Kill Sam, My Summer Vacation,Black Korea, Us, Giving up the nappy duggout.. These are perfectly written stories w/ messages behind them. Arguably one of the best disses of all time, NO VASELINE.  Then if u want just straight jams to ride to u got Steady Mobbin or True to the game.

Studio Gangsta is the most played out term.  It describes every single rapper.  Yeah, some are more street than others, but NOBODY does or will do all the stuff they say on the mic.  NOBODY!  Not Scarface, not G. One reason that hip hop does not get proper respect in the mainstream media , even after about 30 years of existence is cause younger dudes like Malone don't pay proper respect to the vets like Cube. A couple of dudes have said it just right...IT'S ENTERTAINMENT. Some rappers are more street than others but none are real gangsters....Let's take T.I. for example..Lil dude is a dope gangsta rapper and is to the  young South what Cube is to the older Westt I remember a few rhymes where dude is talkin about  what would happen if anyone ever ran up on him in and his crew.....Guess what?? It happened...Read the story about the situation/show in Ohio, the confrontation in the VIP area after the show and how dudes chased T.I. and his crew and eventually shot up and killed his best friend.  These dudes were not rappers, they was real street gangsters livin the life and at the end of the gunfire, T.I. and his crew were practically "Beggin for Mercy"....That is some real shit there. Even after he served time and is now on house arrest, dudes is still fuckin with T.I. threating his life and shit. Why? Cause you have RAP but then there is real STREET GANGSTAS.
