I've always been wanting to check it out, but a chance hasn't come up.  Eventually Kogi will get so big, that it will become a restaurant.  This is the step how most restaurants get made.   

i doubt it, not with the korean community atleast, if all the whites, blacks, other asians, etc etc i think it will. even though its already popular.


i just know it wouldnt be that big of a hit, with th koreans unless it became a bar/pub also.

I think they just opened up a restaurant actually. SOme dude I was talking to when I went to the truck said they just opened up a place in LA.

Yeah, but this is L.A and it's become a pretty popular lunch truck.  Many mexican restaurants started as a lunch truck lol.  In N out started as a food stand.  Plenty of more examples.  It doesn't just have to be accepted by only one community.
