The funny thing is, people want to tax soda, but "healthier" alternatives that are being recommended like juices have just as much sugar/calories as the soda themselves. Therefore, retarded and just another bullshit reason to tax us to death.

Now if they were really serious about health care AND obesity, they would penalize people living unhealthy lifestyles and are overweight. I say, tax a certain amount for each pound they are overweight.

About 2% of people are obese because of genetic problems or disease. The other 98% just lack discipline and live sedentary lifestyles.
