It pretty much is. Only difference is there's slightly more fructose in high fructose corn syrup compared to sucrose (table sugar).
The higher amount of fructose MAY have something to do with the onset of diabetes, but the jury is still out on that shit.

LMAO
do your thizzle, nizzle! :bandit:
ive been saying shit like that for a minnute now. think about it, i could go out tomorrow, get a nose bleed and find out from the doctor that i have a brain tumor. we cant controll shit like that. we cant control when we die unless were the one who pulls the trigger.
in my life ive damn near been hit by fast moving cars while crossing the street....what the fuck im gonna worry about soda when i can die at any moment of any day. fuck that. if i want to drink a fine carbonated beverage with my grease soaked 1/4 pounder with some large fries with ranch, then god damn it, imma fuck the shit out that meal. ya feel me?! :bandit:

That's your right. I just don't appreciate being lied to by people selling a product that can have serious health consequences. At least when you buy a pack of cigarettes you don't have Newport telling you its just as safe as breathing oxygen, feel me?

I've heard both arguments and they both have decent points. Like I said before, the jury is still out.
The average American consumes so much HFCS that I hope the difference between that and sucrose are minimal. Personally, I've been weening myself off of all processed manufactured foods unless I go out with friends/family on special occasions just to be safe.

lol man how do you do that though? seems like damn near everything in america is either processed or contains some sort of soy product. even so called health foods. shit is ridiculous.

[/quote]The funny thing about soy is how its touted as this wonder health food when it has been processed to death to the point where it isn't even soy anymore. Like why the fuck do vegetarians and vegans want tofu turkey? LOL
J.D. Wykid, Esq.:
its water, gas and flavor.. and its killing us. lmao
