Is it me or do rappers/singers that start a record label end up losing all their power after a few successful albums?
As much as I'd want Ya Boy to be successful I have to admit that the Konvict/Kon Live roster is divided into 2 groups. One that consists of those who've dominated the charts these past few years, and another that consists of those who will disappear before the public even knows they exist (French Montana etc..).

Young Jeezy fell off after Soul Survivor IMO. But he could've done a lot of things for Roccett, for starters by releasing his album. Though even if Roccett did release it I have a feeling it would have sold as much as Blood Raw did.

Roccett was never going to sell.He was far too generic,nothing stood out about him at all.Hes just like your typical nieghbourhood gangsta rapper with no special qualities and a fucking horrible name.
